Brain Longevity: Yoga to Improve Memory

Based on the research from the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation, Carol will share practices that have been shown to enhance brain function. Topics include the Four Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention, spanning lifestyle and techniques to stimulate right and left brain activity; and a 12-minute meditation practice known as Kirtan Kirya, shown to improve blood flow and improve memory. Carol is a certified Brain Longevity Specialist Certification.
