Press Pause Challenge:  

Do you have a minute or 2 to bring some ease to your body and mind during the day? Over 21 days I will post one movement, action, or breath that will take you a minute or less to do. You post a video or selfie of you doing the practice in a closed Facebook group. You should notice some positive impacts from the pause practice that will encourage you to keep up the habit of doing a pause practice every day.

The challenge begins February 4. Hope you find time to pause......
