Yoga on and off the mat
Do you feel sore or tired at the end of your work day and would like some tips to help you improve your posture and your mood. My name is Carol Confino and I have been studying yoga for over 20 years and want to show you some ways for you to help yourself.
I have been in the health care related field for most of my life, initially as a nurse and then as a yoga teacher. As a nurse I saw how people developed and dealt with illness and in yoga I often see how people work to cope with ongoing illness or pain. Both these fields have been very rewarding but what if we could work to prevent pain and discomfort by simply taking some time for ourselves.
